Knowing what to put in the Application.

What belongs in the Application section of IRAC? There are four key things:

  • The relevant pieces of the rules used to create a structure

  • Facts used thoroughly

  • Comparisons to cases

  • Policy and history when available/appropriate

Ideally all of these should be in each application. Also, that’s pretty much it. Not your opinion or rambling musings. Just rule-fact-connected-thinking.
